PRODUCTIVITY TIPS TO GROW YOUR SIDE HUSTLE
One of the challenges budding entrepreneurs face is how to be successful in business with a full-time job. Sound familiar?

Well, I get it. For the past two years, I have been juggling a full-time job, a Master's program, trying to be a good fiance/wife, friend, sister, AND grow my business at the same time. Believe me; it takes some time to find a rhythm.
Today, I'm sharing some of the ways that have helped me stay productive and work efficiently during the day.

PLAN AHEAD
I am a planner girl through and through! I've gotten into the habit of planning my days and making to-do lists of my most important daily tasks.
Whether you use a planner or an app on your phone, "writing" it out helps you focus on your daily goals. And who doesn't love the gratification from crossing things off the list!
BATCH WORK
Even though I'm home, the more substantial part of my day is dedicated to my F/T job. To be more efficient with my time, I work in batches. I'll dedicate an hour here and there to photograph, take measurements, etc.
Working on one system at a time, keeps you in a consistent flow, and keeps the momentum.
Pro Tip: I'm usually listing to a podcast or a youtube video while I am batching my work. It helps with the monotony!
INVENTORY SYSTEM
Keeping a tight inventory system saves so much TIME. I've been guilty of leaving clothes untagged and then when it sells, having to take hours to find one pair of jeans.
Find a system that works for you and tweak it as your business needs change.
STOP COMPARING
Girl look! There is always someone out there doing better than you. If you want to use it as a way to level-up, great! If you're playing the comparison game, you're hurting yourself and your BUSINESS. The comparison trap wastes minutes out of your days that you CANNOT get back. You are doing fine. Just be consistent and keep going!
If you have a passion and a desire to grow your business and leaving your 9-5 is not an option for you right now, that's ok! Don't give up. Stick with it; the results will come!
